Ingredients:
-½ tablespoon of honey
Two glasses full of water
½ tablespoon of cinnamon
½ cup of almond milk
One tablespoon of black tea
One tablespoon of ground cardamom
1-inch long piece of fresh ginger
One tablespoon turmeric powder
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients in powder form
- Add water and allow to boil for 10 minutes
- Add the black tea and cook more for 2 minutes
- Sieve the mixture and add almond milk to the tea
- Add honey to sweeten
Drink for the duration of the day. Make it as regularly as you need. Have fun!
