Homemade Tea To Relieve All Form Of Pain

Injury or hard workout pain are a day to day experience of many people. What do you pursue when you are pain-filled? Before going for painkillers to quickly fix your aches and pain try this homemade tea to relieve your agony. It’s definitely not hard to prepare and has no negative responses.


-½ tablespoon of honey

Two glasses full of water

½ tablespoon of cinnamon

½ cup of almond milk

One tablespoon of black tea

One tablespoon of ground cardamom

1-inch long piece of fresh ginger

One tablespoon turmeric powder


  • Mix the ingredients in powder form
  • Add water and allow to boil for 10 minutes
  • Add the black tea and cook more for 2 minutes
  • Sieve the mixture and add almond milk to the tea
  • Add honey to sweeten

Drink for the duration of the day. Make it as regularly as you need. Have fun!
